Eric Lindsey is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Founder of Freedom Capitol Solutions, a property investment firm that buys fixer-uppers throughout Massachusetts.
He’s also the owner of Lindsey & Associates Realty, a real estate company that helps clients list, buy, and sell residential property.
Eric has 20 years of real estate leasing, sales, and purchasing expertise and will help you get the best price for your home. He’s diligent and dependable, and getting the best deal for clients is his top priority. Eric has helped many clients who could not list their homes because they needed extensive repairs and were considered “ugly” houses.
He purchases these ugly houses through his acquisition company, Freedom Capitol Solutions, for cash and without the standard fees to resolve financial problems for sellers. That’s why 95% of his business is referrals from past and current clients.
One of Eric’s many professional accomplishments is winning the prestigious 2022 Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) award. These companies are successful growth stories that are making a meaningful impact on the communities they serve. Eric Lindsey was born and raised in Boston, MA. He graduated from Tufts University in Medford, MA, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a Pre-Law Focus. When Eric isn’t hard at work showing or repairing property, he enjoys spending time with his two boys.
