At Lindsey & Associates, we are currently seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. The Client Relationship Associate works directly with first-time client calls and customer inquiries, serving as an extension of our office and real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and provide outstanding customer service, representing our office and agents effectively.
- Demonstrate a passion for helping people and excel in personal communication.
- Be enthusiastic and self-driven, with a commitment to gathering essential information to better meet client needs.
- Convert leads into appointments using our CRM software and communication skills taught in our training program.
- Prior sales and communication training is a plus.
As part of your role, you will take ownership of leads and systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. You will track your productivity and sales metrics and participate in regular accountability meetings. The trustworthiness of this role is paramount, as you will be the first point of contact for the team and will have access to sensitive files and information.
Our Client Relationship Associates actively contribute to the team’s success and strive to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets. They respond efficiently to customer inquiries, document leads, assign tasks, and follow up effectively.
