Our Transaction Coordinator serves as a crucial link between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers throughout the entire real estate sales process.

Responsibilities include processing all contract documents from acceptance through closing and post-closing, creating timelines for important dates, and monitoring transactions to ensure timely completion. In addition to these tasks, some general administrative work may be required in the office.
